专利摘要:
A core barrel roller for pressure treatment of fabric sheets, paper sheets cardboard or elastomers, comprises a shell consisting of two tubular shell halves (6, 7) of the same size which are pressed on a central support in the form of two frusto- conical surfaces (4, 5), the base surfaces of which face each other, of a core element (1). The ends of the two halves (6, 7) are provided with internal annular mating surfaces (8, 9) and with grooves (10, 11). The mating surfaces (8, 9) contact the frusto- conical surfaces (4, 5). A ring (14) is arranged in the grooves (10, 11) and the ends of the halves (6, 7) are joined by a weld (15). <IMAGE> 公开号:SU1308663A1 申请号:SU827772339 申请日:1982-03-16 公开日:1987-05-07 发明作者:Берндт Херберт 申请人:Феб Робур-Верке Циттау (Инопредприятие); IPC主号:

However, the larger diameter of the wa one The invention relates to squeezing rolls for treating textile webs and groups of threads or fibers in a tow and can be used in the manufacture of paper, cardboard or elastomers, i.e. in areas where textiles and fabrics are pressed. From US patent (No. 3941435, cl. 308-20, 1976), there is a known squeezing shaft for textile fabrics, containing a core with a shell installed on it, consisting respectively of two interconnected parts along the length and in such a way that the diameter of the central the core supports exceed the diameter of its ends, and the core supports contact with the annular shell shell, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the core support, and the shell parts are interconnected by a welding seam. The known technical solution has the disadvantages that the reduction of the diameter of the core in the direction of it. All this creates high material costs and increased manufacturing costs in the case of arc reduction. In addition, a high local stress, caused by hot pressing or pressing, acts with the prescribed shape of the core and its strong connection. To reduce the risk of fatigue failure. diameter la significantly reduces the squeezing effect of the squeezing device. Welding of the shell on the core causes the additional use of welded steel for the core with the lack of reduced strength of the steel. In order to absorb the load, the diameter of the shaft must be increased again. This leads to the already mentioned disadvantage of a reduced squeezing effect. However, the increased strength at all could not be welded or only at very high costs in relation to the avoidance of thermal cracks. Finally, when welding a shell with a core, an increased load occurs in these places, which, in turn, again causes fatigue failure. The aim of the invention is to simplify manufacture. This goal is achieved by the fact that the parts of the shell are equal in length, and the central support of the core is made in cross-section in the form of two truncated cones contacting with each other by large bases, and the shell in the joints of the parts on the inner surface has annular grooves communicating one the other, and the shaft has a ring located in the grooves. FIG. 1 shows a squeezing shaft with contraval, general sectional view; in fig. 2 — node i in FIG. one. The squeezing shaft contains a core 1, passing at its both ends in the pins 2 and 3. The core 1 has a central pore, made in the cross section in the form of truncated cones 4 and 5, which are in contact with each other with large bases. The shaft shell consists in length of two interconnected parts 6 and 7. The direction of the ends of both parts 6 and 7 of each side of the shell inside have annular butt sockets 8 and 9 and two annular grooves 10 and 11, which are connected to each other. Slots 8 and 9 correspond approximately to the corresponding shell surfaces. truncated cones 4 and 5. In order to substantially reduce the stresses arising from the gash, the sockets 8 and 9 in the entire inner board have grooved rear sharpening 12 and 13. 45 Parts 6 and 7 of the shell with their annular sockets 8 and 9 are pressed on the surfaces of truncated cones 4 and 5, Grooves 10 and 11 are designed with a welding seam 15. The ends on both sides of the shaft are closed with two elastic sealing rings 16, which have a Utah cross section. The bottom of the simplification of the scheme is shown only at one end of the shaft. Depending on the shaft loading, a deflection of the core 1 occurs more or less. For elasticity, the sealing rings 16 cover both ends of the shaft regardless of its load. Since the core 1 is not swaped with parts 6 and 7 shells50 strength, eg steel shaft of the depicted squeeze shaft. FIG. 2
